1. Information We Collect
1.1 Advertising Data (Google AdMob)
Blongos displays ads through Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect the following information:
- Device advertising identifier (IDFA, with your consent via App Tracking Transparency)
- IP address
- Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
- Approximate location (derived from IP address)
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
1.2 Information We DO NOT Collect
- We do not collect any personally identifiable information ourselves
- We do not collect location data
- We do not collect usage analytics
- We do not operate our own servers for data collection
1.3 Local Data Storage
- Game progress, scores, and settings are stored locally on your device via UserDefaults
- This data is never transmitted externally
2. How We Use Information
- Advertising: Google AdMob uses collected data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your consent preferences
- Game progress: Locally stored data is used solely to save your game state and settings
3. Third-Party Services
Blongos uses the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob - For displaying advertisements. Google's privacy policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- SKAdNetwork - Apple's privacy-preserving ad attribution framework
4. In-App Purchases
Blongos offers an optional one-time purchase to remove ads. This transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.
5. App Tracking Transparency
Blongos respects your privacy choices. On iOS 14.5 and later, you will be asked for permission before any tracking occurs. If you decline, Google AdMob will serve non-personalized ads only. You can change this setting at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
6. Children's Privacy
Blongos is designed to be kid-friendly (ages 4+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads served to users under the age of consent are non-personalized in accordance with Google's policies and applicable regulations (COPPA, GDPR).
7. Data Retention
- Local game data is retained on your device until you delete the app
- Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's data retention policies
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Opt out of personalized advertising via App Tracking Transparency
- Reset your advertising identifier in your device settings
- Purchase the "Remove Ads" option to stop all ad-related data collection
- Delete the app to remove all locally stored data
- Request information about data collected by Google via Google's Data & Privacy page

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
